At Something Different Designs we create unique and affordable home designs and documents. We've designed custom homes, additions, remodels, and even small commercial projects since 2007. Our experience and creativity speaks for itself. If you can dream it, we can design it.

Owner and lead designer Kathleen Toenjes graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2005 and is a NCIDQ qualified interior designer. In addition to owning Something Different Designs, Kathleen has years of project management experience for architectural firms and enjoys passing her knowledge on to others; helping to mold young designers by teaching classes at Coconino Community College and Northern Arizona University.
